The Kazakh Bank RBK has started issuing tender (blank) guarantees with zero commission, the bank said today.
"All new clients - legal entities, who opened the bank accounts at the Bank RBK for the first time in the period from November 12 to December 31, 2012 can be participants," a statement said.
The participants get the opportunity to receive tender guarantees free of charge within 30 calendar days from the date of opening the first bank account.
