Belarusian, Kazakh and Russian Transport Ministers approved the draft concept of Common Economy Space’s transport policy at the meeting in Moscow

Belarusian, Kazakh and Russian Transport Ministers approved the draft concept of Common Economy Space's transport policy at the meeting in Moscow, Kazinform reported with the reference to Eurasian Economy Commission.

Within the meeting the parties discussed creation of common transport policy, its goals, objectives and implementation.
The common transport policy should increase transport accessibility, reduce the share of the transport component in the products costs, increase transit potential effectiveness, reduce harmful effects of transport on the environment and human health and contribute to integration into the world transport system.

Later the draft concept of transport policy will be submitted to the Supreme Economic Council at the level of Heads of State.

Within the meeting the parties also discussed the main approaches to the formation of Common Economy Space's transport policy in civil aviation and the topical issues related to the liberalization of the aviation market.
