A tender will be announced in Turkey for construction of four ports, Turkish Minister of Transport, Shipping and Communications, Binali Yildirim said, Anadolu agency reported on Wednesday.
According to the minister, the tender will be announced on October 28. Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
