The Executive Power of Azerbaijan's Absheron District has announced a tender for the restoration of an asphalt pavement situated along the district's Hokmeli-Gobu-Lokbatan-Guzdek-Buta highway, according to a message from the tender commission published on Dec.10.
The participation fee in the tender is 50 manat ($63).
Tender bids are to be backed by a bank guarantee to the sum of one per cent of their value and will be accepted by the commission until 17:00, January 27, 2014. Opening of bids will take place at 11:00, on January 28, 2014.
