The housing construction rate is increased in Kazakhstan, Ranking.kz. analytical service said Oct. 22.
"Around 5.1 million square meters of housing were constructed for the first three quarters of 2014 or by 12 percent more than in the same period of last year," the analysts said. "In January-September 2014 housing was commissioned by 539,000 square meters more than for the nine months of last year."
The construction rate increased in 14 regions of Kazakhstan, and in four of these regions by more than 20 percent.
"The share of megapolises of the commissioned housing volume in Kazakhstan is more than 30 percent," a statement says.
