Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Azerbaijan prepares to launch new electronic services in 2015, the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the population Idris Isayev said in a speech in Baku at the presentation of the open government portal data.gov.az.
He said that the innovations awaiting citizens in 2015, will include e-services related to the targeted social assistance, medical and social expertise and employment.
"At the end of 2014, the ministry launched a new e-service for the issuance of certificates of employment," said Isayev. "This service is included in the actual list of e-services department, which is of particular interest to the public, and the number of its users grows every day."
He mentioned statistics data on the registration of labor contracts in the electronic information system of the department. He said currently, the system of the department received about 1.75 million notifications on labor contracts, approximately 1.3 million of which are active ones.
Electronic information system was commissioned July 1, 2014.
