Turkmenistan's state concern Turkmengaz announced a tender.
The tender is for the purchase of chemical products.
All those interested in participating in the tender are invited to:
- submit a written request (offshore companies' applications aren't accepted) on the desire to take part in the tender, indicating the participant's full name, legal status, registration country and details;
- get familiar with the tender rules;
- receive the lot specification, technical requirements and main terms of the contract;
- receive an account for payment of $500, or an equivalent amount in Turkmen manats (without VAT and bank costs) per lot.
The tender offers will be accepted until June 19, 12:00 (UTC/GMT +5 hours).
The offers will be accepted for consideration in two envelopes after the receipt of funds in the account.
The first envelope should contain the full specifications and requirements for the products offered, as well as all the necessary tender documents.
The second envelope should contain only the proposal (technical and commercial specifications) on the prices of the products offered.
