Emil Abbasbayli has been appointed director general of a subsidiary of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) in Georgia - IBA-Georgia.
Abbasbayli has replaced Samir Valiyev at this position, the information posted on the bank's website said.
No other changes were observed in the directorate of the bank. Thus, Ali Haqverdiyev retained the post of deputy director general and Tamar Gogolashvili - the post of the directorate member.
IBA-Georgia bank passed the state registration in the Georgian justice ministry in November 2006. The bank serves both Azerbaijani and Georgian clients.
