Ten companies with Israeli capital were registered in Turkey in April 2018, which is nine companies less than in the same period of 2017, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) told Trend May 22.
In total, the capital of Israeli companies that were registered in April 2018 amounted to 1.4 million Turkish liras, according to the report. The figure was 10,000 Turkish liras in April 2017.
"In April 2018, 8,563 companies were registered in Turkey, which is 33.1 percent more compared to April 2017," the TOBB said.
In April 2018, the greatest number of registered foreign companies accounted for the share of Syria. Thus, in April 2018, 642 Syrian companies were registered in Turkey, and their total capital amounted to 89.7 million liras.
