As much as 200 million Iranian rials (about $4.76 million) have been spent from the domestic reserve fund of Iran's Markazi Province for creating infrastructure in industrial parks located in the province this Iranian calendar year (which started on March 21, 2018), said Mostafa Amire, Executive Director of the Industrial Estates Corporation of Markazi Province.
This is while around 30 million Iranian rials (about $714,000) have been allocated and spent from the national reserve fund for this purpose, he told IRNA, Trend reports.
Amire also added that it is planned to spend 400 billion Iranian rials (about $9.52 million) for providing infrastructure in those parks by the end of the year.
Around 49.8 trillion Iranian rials (about $1.18 billion) worth of investments have been made in the industrial parks of Iran’s Markazi Province, with 1,744 industrial production divisions in operation. The production plants employ 31,037 people.
