The Kazan Helicopter Factory of Russia’s Republic of Tatarstan is exploring the possibility of supplying Ansat helicopters to Turkmenistan, Trend reports referring to Industry and Trade Minister of Tatarstan Albert Karimov, cited by Tatar-inform news agency as saying.
The negotiations on various possibilities and terms of supply of Ansat helicopters for Turkmenistan are underway.
First of all, the customer is interested in aircraft intended for medical and rescue services.
Kazan Helicopter Factory OJSC has been manufacturing aviation equipment since 1940s and has been supplying it abroad since 1956.
