In the near future, new product of Georgian Geolive company will appear in the market of Georgia, said director of the company Georgi Svanidze, Trend reports with reference to commersant.ge.
The company will start manufacturing olive soap under the “Kiziki” brand. According to the director, currently, the soap is produced in limited quantities, and it is not sold everywhere. In his words, with the production growth, the number of places where the product can be bought will increase. From 2020, "Kiziki" olive soap will be available in the Carrefour network in Georgia.
In 2020-2021, the company also plans to start exporting its products to China, Russia, Belarus, the Netherlands, the United States and the UAE.
Geolive is the first Georgian company to grow olives. The olive processing plant of the company was built in 2016. The total area of plantations owned by the company covers 300 hectares, and the investment in the business amounted to $5 million.
According to the company, the olive soap shall be in great demand due to its high quality.
