Marketing Iranian brands and products on regional and global markets can improve the country's exports and economy, Member of Parliament Energy Committee Gholamreza Sharfi told Trend.
"Successful countries evaluate customer demands and marketing for their country's products, so we shouldn't wait for customers to find Iranian products, and do more marketing, producing goods that are based on customer demands," he said.
The MP emphasized that Iran's economy will recover through help of industrial solutions and marketing Iranian brands.
"For example, currently downstream oil industries are producing traditional competitive products while petrochemical industries in the world are constantly seeking to create market and attract customers. This means increasing demands for technology and innovation regarding the petrochemical products," he said.
"If we can stick to standards and diversity regarding our products in the industrial sector, there certainly would be constant range of customers for our products, in this case, Iranian brands," he said.
