The delegation of the Uztextile Association discussed the prospects for the supply of hosiery from Uzbekistan to the United States with the director of the Garments Group, Shawn Razi, Trend reports with reference to the press service of the Uztextile Association.
A request has been received for certain types of socks. It is planned to work out this order with Uztex company.
The parties agreed on cooperation during the International exhibition of clothing, components, manufacturing technologies and suppliers in Las Vegas (US) “MAGIC Marketplace Las Vegas 2019” on August 12-14.
As part of the event, the Uzbek delegation demonstrated products of finished textile products of Uzbekistan.
During the exhibition, an increased interest of American consumers in the Uzbek textile products of the mass segment was noted.
In particular, the possibilities of further cooperation in the field of design development, training and retraining of specialists, and participation in the Global Textile Days Tashkent exhibition were discussed with the founder of the DNA Colab company Diana M. Nelson.
Uzbek side discussed the issues of establishing partnerships and exploring the possibility of entering the Uzbek market with the Associate Merchandiser of Ralph Lauren (Polo) Daniella Udell.
