In August 2019, prices for commercial facilities in Baku increased slightly compared to August last year, Director of the MBA Group consulting company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend Sept. 23.
In August last year, the cost of one square meter of the area of commercial facilities amounted to $1,353, and in the reporting month of 2019 it was $1,385.
The growth of this indicator in August 2019 compared to July this year amounted to 1.3 percent, and for the year - 3.1 percent.
As for the value of land plots, a slight increase was also observed in this market segment.
In August 2019, the average price per 100 square meters of land was $13,440. On an annualized basis, this indicator increased by 0.72 percent compared to the same month of 2018, and by 0.22 percent compared to July this year.
Prices for private houses in August 2019 increased by 1.8 percent for the month and decreased by 0.8 percent compared to the same period in 2018.
A slight increase in prices was also observed for country houses.
In August 2019, prices in this market segment increased by 1.02 percent compared to the same month last year, and by 1.6 percent during the year.
In the rental sector, a decrease in prices by 3.26 percent was observed in August 2019 compared to the same month last year, and on an annualized basis - to 5 percent.
