Russia and Turkmenistan are intending to increase the volume of trade turnover between countries, Trend reports with reference to The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (TUIE).
The meeting of the Turkmen-Astrakhan joint Council on business issues was held in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan via videoconference on April 29.
Strengthening productive cooperation in the field of sea cargo transportation and logistics was also discussed. Big attention was paid to establishing business contacts between the parties.
Participants of this meeting considered a number of actions to diversify joint efforts aimed at realizing the existing potential of the partnership.
Russia is one of the most promising countries in the international contacts of TUIE.
Turkmenistan's meetings with representatives of administrations and business circles of different Russian regions in the SPT have become more frequent. This helps establish direct contacts with entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation.
The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (TUIE) is a public organization, which activity is directed at support of a small-scale and medium-scale business in Turkmenistan.
