Review of Georgia's exports to China

BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 21

Georgia exported 50,679 tons of copper to China worth $84.5 million from January through March 2021, Trend reports referring to the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat).

In the reporting period, Georgia exported 654.2 tons of wine of fresh grapes worth $2.5 million to China.

Meanwhile, 19.3 tons of medical equipment and appliances worth $3.9 million were exported from Georgia to China.

During the reporting period, Georgia exported 654.2 tons of wine of fresh grapes in the amount of $2.5 million to China.

Georgia also exported 2,943 tons of precious metals and concentrates worth $12.5 million to China.

During the reporting period, Georgia exported products worth $109.7 million to the Chinese market, which is 13.4 percent of total exports from Georgia.

Meanwhile, China's exports to Georgia amounted to $182.7 million, which comprises 9.4 percent of total imports to Georgia.
