BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. Manufacturing of non-processed and semi-processed silver in Kazakhstan amounted to 781,759 kg over the period from January through September 2022, which is 7.2 percent more than during the same period of 2021, Trend reports with reference to Kazakhstan’s Statistics Committee.
According to the data, non-processed and semi-processed silver production amounted to 88,573 kg in September 2022, which is 6 percent less than in September 2021.
Manufacturing of non-processed and semi-processed gold increased by 11.3 percent during the reporting period, having amounted to 93,700 kg (10,933 kg in September 2022, a decrease of 2.6 percent compared to September 2021).
Production of non-processed aluminum and aluminum oxide amounted to 1.2 million tons during the reporting period, which indicates an increase of 5.9 percent compared to the same period of last year.
The production volume of non-processed aluminum and aluminum oxide was 131,758 tons in September 2022, which is 15.3 percent more than in September 2021.
Manufacturing of non-processed refined lead amounted to 83,193 tons over the reporting period, which is 6.4 percent more than during the same period of 2021. The volume of non-processed refined lead produced in September 2022 was 6,115 tons, which is 34.1 percent less than in September 2021.
Production of non-processed zinc amounted to 208,546 tons, which is 6.4 percent more than during the same period of 2021 (21,015 tons in September 2022, down by 21.8 percent compared to September 2021).
As reported, the manufacturing of non-processed non-alloyed refined copper amounted to 348,789 tons, which is 22.6 percent more than during the same period of 2021 (30,020 tons in September 2022, which is 24.1 percent more than in September 2021).
Manufacturing of other non-ferrous metals and products from them amounted to 32,567 tons, which is 7.3 percent more than during the same period of 2021 (3,081 tons in September 2022, down by 26.3 percent compared to September 2021).
