BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 17. Iran's export of non-oil products to neighboring countries amounted to 61.9 million tons worth over $25 billion, from the beginning of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2022) to December 31, 2022, a member of the international and foreign trade committee of the House of Industry, Mine and Trade of Iran Rouhollah Latifi said, Trend reports.

Latifi noted that 58 percent of Iran's total non-oil exports in value and 63 percent in volume for the reporting period accounted for neighboring countries.

“In total, Iran exported 97.8 million tons of non-oil products worth $43.1 billion during March 21, 2022 to December 31, 2022,” he added.

According to the official, Iran exported non-oil products worth $8.63 billion to Iraq, worth $6.42 billion to Türkiye, worth $4.6 billion to the UAE, worth $1.25 billion to Afghanistan, and worth $1.04 billion to Pakistan within the mentioned period.

“Also, Iran exported non-oil products worth $869 million to Oman, worth $563 million to Russia, worth $529 million to Azerbaijan, worth $350 million to Turkmenistan, worth $165 million to Kuwait, worth $140 million to Kazakhstan, worth $105 million to Qatar, worth $14.7 million to Saudi Arabia, worth $6.7 million to Bahrain and worth $351 million to other countries,” Latifi said.
