Over January 2006 GDP of Azerbaijan grew by 34.6% as compared 2005. As of 1 February 2006 GDP increased by 253.2m AZN and comprised 1,012,8m AZN, the State Statistics Committee told Trend . GDP per capital grew by 33.2% and made up 121.7 AZN ($132.7).
The share of production in GDP increased by 53.5% as compared 2005 and made up 66.5%. The share of services reduced from 35.2% to 28.3%, though additional cost in this sphere was 9.2%.
Net taxes from product and import comprised 5.2% in GDP. Over this period produced GDP made up 560.5m AZN or 55.3% from the total GDP.
