Producion enterprises short of necessary standards receive a 1-month warning Ramiz Hasanov

Production enterprises, with the activities which fall short of necessary standards, have been given 1-month warning, Ramiz Hasanov, the Director of the Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patent, told Trend.

Hasanov underlined that since January the enterprises involved in production were issued certificates. The enterprises manufacturing products of poor quality have been given a month warning in compliance with the legislation to correct the mistakes, he stressed. Unless they bring the produce in line with the necessary standards, we will cease their activities.

Hasanov also said that the investigation was held in 4 enterprises involved in thermo-technique. It was revealed that the inconformity with the standards on thermo-appliances working on gas actually killed many people. Lawsuits were filed on such people, he informed.
