Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr I. Khalilova / The State Committee for Securities has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of "Royal Bank of Baku" OJSC, Trend reports quoting a press-release being spread by the Bank today.
The volume of the issue was AZN 2.000.000, with the ace value per stock was AZN 200. According to the issue prospectus, the placement will be held by means of the public subscription way at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSEX)
"Standard Capital" LLC will be the underwriter of the forthcoming placement of the stocks.
