Trend I.Khalilova / According to a decree by Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan, a State Commission has been formed for calculating forecasts of the State budget of 2008 and for the next three years, a Government source stated. The Deputy Finance Minister of Azerbaijan, Azer Bayramov, will head the Commission for Formation of Budget Incomes. The Commission includes 13 people, representatives of the Finance Ministry, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Taxes, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Industry and Energy, State Customs Committee, State Statistics Committee, State Committee on Management of State Property, National Bank of Azerbaijan, State Social Protection Fund and the State Oil Fund.
The Commission for Formation of Budget Expenditures will be headed by the First Deputy Minister, Ilgar Fatizade. The Commission includes 15 people from various spheres.
During the preparation of income forecasts, the Commission will use the basis of indicators of social-economic development of the country. The forecast for 2008 budget incomes will not be prepared until 1 May and big-taxpayers will discuss their income and outcome estimates for the next few years with Commission members.
