Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Starting from April 30 of 2007 placement of noninterest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of Bank Standard will be launched at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
The volume of the issue is 2,000,000 AZN, face value per bond - 100 AZN, and the turnover period - 1 year. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held through initial public offering on Baku Stock Exchange. Standard Capital LLC will be the underwriter of placement of bonds.
Those intending to purchase bonds can apply to an organization being the member of Baku Stock Exchange and having a brokerage license.
