Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / The State Committee on Management of the State Property of Azerbaijan announced a preferential sale of Daskesen senaye xidmet JSC's assets to enterprise's personnel. The documents for participating in the auction should be submitted between 27 August and 19 September.
The auction will take place on 20 September.
The authorized capital of the enterprise amounts to AZN 7502, number of issued stocks - 3751, number of sold stocks - 563, nominal price of one stock - AZN 2.
