In 2009, Turkmen Naip gas processing complex produced over 113,000 tons of high quality liquefied natural gas and 45,000 tons of hydrocarbon condensate.
Over two decades of January 2010, the complex produced over 10,000 tons of liquefied gas and hydrocarbon condensate, the Turkmengaz state concern reported.
The complex's liquefied gas meets all quality and technical parameters of world standards and therefore is in steady demand in foreign markets. By 2020, Turkmenistan intends to increase liquefied gas production to 2 million tons. Apart Naip, the country produces liquefied gas at the refinery in Turkmenbashi, on the west.
