Bakcell, the first mobile operator in Azerbaijan, opened a new Service Center in the center of Baku. The centre is located on the Nizami Street 83.
"The new Service Center will offer the whole range of customer care services for Bakcell's Cin, Klass and Gold subscribers", said Ineke Botter, Bakcell CEO who attended the opening ceremony.
This is already the fourth Service Center that was opened by Bakcell in the capital city of Baku. There are now seven Bakcell Service Centers across the country - four are based in Baku and three are based in the regions: Sumgait, Ganja, and Nakhchivan. Bakcell is also providing services to its customers through BakcellIM Customer Care and Service Centers. There are 16 BakcellIM Centers all around the country.
Bakcell in the last year has significantly expanded and enhanced its network and more than doubled its coverage into every region of Azerbaijan. Today Bakcell has more than 2 million active subscribers.
