The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) delivered 759 million cubic meters of gas to Azerbaijani population in January-March 2011 compared to 698.6 million in January- March 2010, the company reported.
SOCAR delivered 255.4 million cubic meters of gas to population in March 2011compared to 200.8 million in March 2010.
SOCAR delivered about 1.7 billion million cubic meters of gas to Azerbaijani population in 2010.
Some 325.9 million cubic meters of gas was delivered to industrial companies compared to 268.9 million cubic meters of gas in January-March 2010.
Some 956.7 million cubic meters of gas was delivered to industrial companies in 2010.
Some 116.9 million cubic meters of gas were allocated to the municipal budget enterprises in January- March 2011 compared to 120.7 million in January- March 2010.
The figure was 208.2 million cubic meters last year.
The company transferred to 103.2 million cubic meters of gas to Nakhchivangas in January-March.
Previously, all gas operations within the country were implemented by Azerigaz. In June, 2009 Azerigaz was reorganized into the PU and included in SOCAR.
