Tajikistan's gas importers increased the volumes of gas import to the country to prevent deficit of this fuel, news.tj reported on Tuesday.
The country imported over 57,000 tons of liquefied gas during the nine months of the year.
Last year Tajikistan imported 27,000 tons during the similar period.
.The index also increased in September compared to a similar period of 2011.
According to the country's officials, there is no deficit of the fuel in the country.
