Kazakhstan decreases oil production in 2012

Kazakhstan decreased oil and gas condensate production by 1.1 percent in January-December 2012 compared to the same period of 2011

Kazakhstan decreased oil and gas condensate production by 1.1 percent in January-December 2012 compared to the same period of 2011,Kazakh Statistics Agency reported.

The country produced 79.211 million tons of oil and gas condensate in this period.

Natural gas production in the reporting period hit 40.090 billion cubic meters (1.5 percent increase compared to the results as of 2011).
Motor fuel production increased by 3.6 percent to 2.874 million tons of (including aviation gasoline) in 2012.

Diesel fuel production increased by 1.2 percent to 4.720 million tons in the reporting period, fuel oil production decreased by 8.9 percent to 3.896 million tons. Kerosene production increased by 8.8 percent to 421,100 tons.
