Turkmenistan produced 20,024,520,000 kilowatt hours of electricity in January-October 2017, and the growth rate reached 102.7 percent as compared to the same period of 2016, said the country’s Energy Ministry in a message.
Electricity exports totaled 3,990,572,000 kilowatt hours at a growth rate of 100.1 percent, according to the message.
Turkmenistan exports electricity to Iran, Afghanistan and Turkey.
