By Fakhri Vakilov - Trend:

ERIELL Group international oilfield services carried out multi-volume acid treatment using a coiled tubing unit at wells No. 31 of the Kultak field and No. 206 of the Dengizkul field in Uzbekistan, Trend reports citing the company's statement.

The work was carried out jointly with Uzbekistan’s Uzbekneftegaz oil and gas company. As a result, the daily production rate of these wells increased by 1.5-2 times, said the message.

The development of coiled tubing technology is increasingly used in industry. For more than 35 years in the practice of oil and gas production, these technologies have been used to perform various operations in the development and operation of oil and gas fields, including for drilling.

During the development and operation of oil and gas fields, coiled tubing technologies make it possible to repair oil and gas wells under pressure without disturbing (stopping) their operating mode (to carry out repair and technological operations without “killing” wells and lifting the tubing string).

Moreover, the time for carrying out coiled tubing installations is 2-3 times less than the traditional approach, as a result of which the overall repair costs are reduced and the downtime of the wells is reduced as well. It is possible to carry out many technological operations that are not accessible by traditional methods and, ultimately, increase oil and gas production.

ERIELL, an international oilfield service group, provides well drilling and workover services to leading oil and gas companies in the Russia, Central and Southern Asia, and Middle East.

The company has invested in technology and innovation to secure a position among industry leaders, providing services to the same high standards in extreme desert climates, mountainous regions and permafrost zones.

On drilling rigs, ERIELL Group uses up-to-date equipment to achieve the best results in oil and gas well construction. Drilling rigs are operated using an automated control system for drilling, monitoring, and diagnostics. ERIELL Group has a fleet of more than 70 drilling units, from mobile units to super-heavy rigs with lifting capacity of over 600 tons.
