Some 5.6 million liters of gasoline were exported from Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan from January through August 2020, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenportal information portal.
In general, during this period, the volume of gasoline imported to Uzbekistan from different countries amounted to 90.1 million liters, from such countries as Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Previously, the Turkmen ECO-93 gasoline was first sold on the Uzbek commodity exchange. The customs of the Akhal region of Turkmenistan have increased the volume of exports of ECO-93 gasoline from January through August 2020.
Turkmen ECO-93 is exported to Russia, Afghanistan, Georgia, the UK, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria and Denmark.
Automobile gasoline of the ECO-93 brand, diesel fuel and liquefied gas are produced by the plant of Turkmenistan’s Turkmengas State Concern, located in Akhal region.
