The Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC) completed cleaning of two heaters for oil separation at the Sangachal oil terminal on Tuesday, Р'Р Azerbaijan, the operator of the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) project, told Trend.
BP temporarily reduced oil and associated gas production from the platform on the Central Azeri, installed within the ACG project, due to repair works started from 25 January.
Oil production from the field dropped from 250,000 barrels to 170,000 barrels per day. Oil production will be resumed in the previous regime from Wednesday, BP said.
