Flow rate of the newly drilled by Azneft well at the 8th of March deposit will be defined after the column descent in it, SOCAR told.
Azerbaijan State Oil Company has already finished drilling this well independently. The well with the depth of 5,768 meters was drilled at the 8th of March deposit.
The project depth of the well is approximately 5,850 meters. Such drilling depths were not exploited before. It is estimated that the well will produce 500.000 m3 of gas a day.
