Kaspmornefteflot with the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan has announced the open tender for purchasing equipment and spares for repair of vessels Shirvan-2, Shirvan-3, Atlet-2 and Neftegaz.
Trend reports the consignee shall be delivered equipment and spares not later than 3 months from the contract signing date. The equipment and spares shall be compensated using approved non-reimbursable letter of credit within 6 months after the cargo shipping.
Bidders shall submit application and other related documents to Kaspmornefteflot the latest September 5, 2006.
The bids estimation will be based on preferring the following criteria: spares cost, specific experience (on supplying vessel spares), delivery terms.
Tender envelopes are opened 1100AM, September 13, 2006 at Kaspmornefteflot Administration building.
