The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) closed the tender for the dispatch of two consignments of Azeri Light oil from the Turkish Port of Ceyhan, which is delivered via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, Trend reports quoting SOCAR.
The bid was won by the Swiss trader VД°LMA OД°L S.L. The volume of the consignment totals 1 mln barrels (135,000 tons). The oil is planned to be sent on January 31 вЂ" February 2.
The oil consignment from Ceyhan in 2007 has been purchased by the companies Glencore Energy UK Ltd вЂ" January (1 mln barrels), and VД°LMA OД°L S.L вЂ" January-February (1 mln barrels).
