Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend / An Azerbaijani Standart Insurance Company has become the winner of the tender held by the Marketing and Economic Operations Department of SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan). The tender was considered for the insurance of the administrative building, property, and key assets of SOCAR-subjected oil bases located all around the Country, a message being disseminated by the SOCAR Department says.
Notably, the aggregate amount of insurance premiums of Standard Insurance in 2006 reached AZN 8.34 mln. This figure exceeds by 36 % the corresponding one registered in 2005.
