Azerbaijani population’s nominal income up

Azerbaijan’s nominal GDP amounted to 44.473 billion manats in January-July 2019, which is 2.5 percent more than in the same period of 2018, Trend reports referring to the report of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

GDP in the non-oil sector grew by three percent for the year and amounted to 23.079 billion manats.

Investments in fixed assets amounted to $7.395 billion in January-July 2019, which is 2.7 percent less than in the same period of 2018.

For the reporting period, the nominal income of the population increased by 6.6 percent and amounted to $32.218 billion.

The average annual consumer price index was 2.7 percent in January–July 2019 (0.1 percent more for the month).
