Some 65.6 percent, or 18.046 million manat ($10.6 million) of the revised expenses of Azerbaijani state budget for 2020 will be allocated on current expenses, which is 790.5 million manat ($465 million), or 4.6 percent more than the approved forecast, the draft amendments to the law of Azerbaijan "On the state budget for 2020" said, Trend reports on August 1.
According to the data, the expenses on servicing the external public debt in Azerbaijan shall be reduced by 102 million manat ($60 million), or 6 percent, from 1.69 billion ($990 million) manat to 1.593 billion manat ($940 million).
The expenses related to interest payments shall be reduced by 49 million manat ($28.8 million), or 9.5 percent, from 517.9 million manat ($304.65 million) to 468.9 million manat ($275.8 million).
The expenditures for servicing the internal state debt are stipulated unchanged in the amount of 133.15 million manat ($78.3 million), including 120.15 million manat ($70.6 million) related to the payment of interests.
