A number of loans were issued to 96 manufacturing enterprises in the Markazi Province (central Iran) over the last Iranian year (from March 20, 2020 through March 20, 2021), Deputy Chairman of Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of Markazi Province Adil Lohrasbi said, Trend reports citing the organization.
The deputy chairman stressed that the value of loans issued to manufacturing enterprises amounted to 28.7 trillion rials (about $683 million).
“In total, 466 manufacturing enterprises in the Markazi Province applied to receive loans in the last Iranian year. The names of 257 manufacturing enterprises have been declared to banks for issuance of loans worth 145 trillion rials (about $3.45 billion),” he added.
In addition, loans worth 11.7 trillion rials (about $278 million) were issued to 27 manufacturing enterprises that applied to receive loans in the preceding Iranian year (from March 21, 2019 through March 19, 2020), according to Lohrasbi.
The deputy noted that at the same time, the activities of 112 manufacturing enterprises were restored in the Markazi Province during last Iranian year.
