The Azerbaijani State Radio Frequency Department revealed 29 facts of administrative infringements of radio electronic devices and frequencies use for the first quarter, the State Radio Frequency Department said.
"Necessary documents were submitted to region courts," the Azerbaijani State Radio Frequency Department on said.
As a result punitive sanctions in the amount of 2,300 manat were imposed towards 15 enterprises. Totally, roughly 288,500 manat was transferred to the State Radio Frequency Department upon courts' decision.
The State Radio Frequency Department was initially established under Baku's organization Station of Radio Telephones Technical Control (launched its activity as a group) and formed in 1970. The Center of Electromagnetic Compatibility of Radio Electronic Units was established upon Communication Minister's order in 1988. The Center passed state registration named the State Radio Frequency Department in 1998. The Department deals with distribution, exploitation and control over communication frequencies in all enterprises, organizations and state bodies on the territory of the Republic.
