A forum on ZTE broadband solutions, which was supposed to be held in the second half of 2010, is postponed, head of ZTE representative office in Azerbaijan Zhou Kee said.
According to him, this is due to changes that the company has made to the program of forums. Due to this the Baku forum is not expected in 2010. New dates for the forum are yet unknown.
According to Kee, the Forum has an international scale, and similar events, were held in Austria, Ukraine, Latvia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan
The main goal of the forum is to familiarize customers with the trend of broadband access, the advantages of this technology, its evolution, in the introduction of ZTE products for broadband access, etc.
The Forum is aimed at operators who are familiarized with the successful implementation of ZTE products in other countries.
ZTE produces wireless, network, transmission and terminal equipment. Today, a state-owned operators network is built in Azerbaijan using NGN technology. The company offers solutions to over 500 operators in more than 150 countries around the world.
