Azerbaijan’s postal communication operator Azerpost LLC has started updating the corporate information system – Colvir Postal System (CPS), a source familiar with the project told Trend.
Updating the CPS system will allow to optimize the operator’s work on financial services rendered to the population.
The Colvir Postal System solution comprises the following module suites: postal services, financial services, channel management, customer relationship management, liquidity management, treasury, enterprise resource planning, management and tax accounting, general ledger and regulatory compliance.
The work on updating the CPS will be fully completed until the end of the third quarter of 2017, noted the source.
The updated system will allow optimizing the whole system’s work and create new opportunities for developing the services of mobile and internet banking, added the source.
Currently, 1,200 departments and branches of Azerpost LLC are connected to the CPS.
Azerpost LLC started providing financial services in April 2012 in line with a license of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
