Enterprise Azerbaijan and the US Innovative Partners Incubation company signed a cooperation agreement this week, Trend reports.
The parties plan to develop a strategy for supporting entrepreneurship and financing mechanisms, as well as a framework for technical and economic incubation. In addition, it is planned to develop mechanisms for real estate appraisal, property management, correct selection of personnel and training of managers.
Also, this week it became known that the rate of data download through the mobile network in Azerbaijan increased by 5.4 percent compared to the previous month. Mobile Internet outbound speed was 14.83 Mbps, up 1.6 percent from July, while download speeds over fixed broadband increased more than five percent from the previous month.
The average download speeds for mobile and broadband Internet access were 39.25 (an increase of 2.01 percent) and 25.36 (an increase of 1.28 percent) Mbps, respectively.
