Azercell Telecom Joint Venture, a mobile operator in Azerbaijan, has warned against possible breaks in the delivery of SMS services. The company explained it with the improvement work that to be carried out in the system from November 1-3, from 03:00 to 06:00.
Azercell JV was founded in January 19, 1996 between Turkcell Д°letiЕџim Hizmetleri A.S. and the Azerbaijani Communications Ministry. The company set up its activities on December 15, 1996 with the delivery of cellular communications services on the base of post-payment.
