The population of Azerbaijan is not ready to completely pay for modern telecommunication services such as video and broadband telecommunication, Ali Abbasov, Azerbaijan Telecommunication and IT Ministry said, Trendreports.
According to the Minister, tariffs on these services are very high, however the Ministry does its best to reduce the tariffs.
We are negotiating with companies-vendors to delay payments, he said.
At present, Azerbaijan subscribers and users may use services of GSM and CDMA mobile communication, as well as high speed Internet traffic NGN services.
