HP to Discuss in Baku Results of 2006 Activities in CIS Countries

Hewlett Packard (HP), world supplier of the key technologies for the corporative customers, discusses the results of its activities in 2006 over CIS countries.

A wide meeting will be held on December 19 for this purpose with the participation of the HP heads of CIS departments, Trend reports with reference to HP Representation in Azerbaijan.

The meeting will be attended by the HP Director General Hilmar Lorenz, Head of the Department of Printing and Processing of Images and Department of Personal Computer Systems of HP in CIS countries Sergey Plaksin and the Head of the HP Baku Representation Rufat Hajibeyov.

During the event, the Company will announce its plans for 2007 and the key development strategy for CIS countries, including Azerbaijan.

The activities of the HP in the territory of the former Soviet Union commenced in 1968. Presently four representations of the HP have been opened and function in the CIS territory Kiev, Baku, Almata and Astana.

The HP Company announced the opening of its branch in Azerbaijan in June 2004.

The key customers of HP are big state bodies and private companies.
