The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI) has announced a tender for the construction of a government guest house with a total area of 25,500 square meters within 550 days since the date of announcement of the tender results.
Turkish and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held on May 15, 2018 at 15:00 (GMT +3).
Tender bids and proposals of the interested parties are accepted at the following address: İstanbul Hizmet Binası Atakent Mah. 221 Sok. No.5 34307 Halkalı Küçükçekmece/İstanbul.
The participation fee is 250 Turkish liras.
