The National Energy Saving Company (NEC) of Uzbekistan has announced a tender to purchase building materials for reconstruction of a boiler house in the city of Kuvasay in the Fergana region.
Payment procedure: prepayment of 15 percent of the total value, payment of remaining 85 percent after provision of services and processing of invoices
Delivery procedure: within five days from the moment of signing the contract and transferring the prepayment
Deadline for submission of proposals: October 16, 2018
